Rules of Use

• The Gymnasium is open for use 5.00am-10.00pm
• Users are not permitted to access the area outside of the designated hours of use
• The Gym is intended for use by residents and/or guests only
• A 661 resident must accompany guests at all times
• Residents accept full responsibility for giests, in their use of the Gym.  Guests must be fully aware of the rules of use for the area.
• Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times in the Gym Area.
• No food or alcohol is permitted in the Gym.
• No smoking at any time throughout the building
• Children under the Age of 16 must be actively supervised by an adult at all times.
• No pets at any time in the Gym
• Please observe all safety signage and note the following rules apply;
  

  • All equipment is to be returned tidily to the appropriate location
  • All users must bring a towel to wipe down equipment following use
  • All equipment must be wiped down after use.  Disinfectant spray has been provided for all gym users.
• Offensive language and/or behaviour will not be tolerated
• The Owners Corporation and Building Management reserve the right to close down this area for an extended period of time due to maintenance and/or to ensure health & safety of all users
• Any user in breach of the rules of use will be asked to vacate the area immediately and their level of access into all Amenities and surrounding area will be reviewed by the Owners Corporation Committee and Building Management
• By entering into the Gym, residents and/or their guests accept and acknowledge that exercise and the use of exercise equipment may cause injury or aggravate certain medical conditions.
• All exercise machines require sensible use, if residents are unskilled in this regard, please consult professional assistance
